Full Comprehensive Description :

Training is tailored to suit the individual needs of schools in metropolitan and country regions of Australia. The sport programs mostly involve physical training mixed with theory. The personal development training is lecture based learning incorporating role plays, group discussions and some written questions. To assist with the learning process, most courses have a student manual. This helps with the students progress and understanding of the subject matter. Other course manuals can also be downloaded from the website for schools who book in a course.

Courses are generally booked by the hour over a number of weeks, however shorter or longer session times are available on request. All our courses are delivered by qualified, enthusiastic and motivated trainers. The All Stars Self Defence Centres tm company was founded by Rod Catterall back in January of 1991. All Stars have grown to become the largest teaching and training organisation to primary and secondary schools within Victoria. Who can do this? Any student of any age or gender in pre school, primary or secondary school and university, regardless of any physical or mental condition. You learn at a pace that is suited to your own abilities. We specialise in assisting and working with specialist groups with special needs ie, with behavioural, mental and physical conditions.
