Royce Moncur is a bit of a 'mad scientist', but is a REAL primary teacher too! He taught in classrooms in all settings for 20 years. The last four years of this career was in the role as Shared Specialist Teacher taking Science to rural schools in Gippsland. Leaving full time teaching in 1993 [he still teaches part time], he set up the Flow Fly Flash Flick Float Fun Science and Technology Show see: www.funshow.com.au It has toured with great success for the years since. A couple of graduate diplomas and then finally a Masters Degree in Science Education have allowed Royce to add letters to his name, but essentially he is still a 'fair dinkum' teacher who can stimulate and support science in your school. |
